Wonderful Files are collectible items that can be found hidden in almost every level of The Wonderful 101. They provide background information on the game's main characters, details on various pieces of CENTINELS technology, and other topics. Collected Wonderful Files can be viewed in the FILES section of the pause menu, and some Wonderful Files are also updated with new information as the game's story progresses.
There's a total of 30 Wonderful Files to be found in the game, and collecting the first 25 Wonderful Files is one of the objectives of the Database Ace Bottle-Cap.

No.001 - No.010[]
- Location: Operation 001-A
Wonder-Red's Wonderful File can be found inside the Unite Hand Box located between the football field and gas station (the Mission 007 area.)
- Location: Operation 000 Prologue
P-Star's Wonderful File is an Underground Item located on the roof of Bus 03, where Mission 005 takes place.
Underground Items aren't obtainable until Unite Hammer is unlocked in 003-A
- Location: Operation 001-A
Wonderful-Blue's Wonderful File can be found inside a Unite Sword Box located in the first canal area, accessible by jumping down from the broken bridge after Mission 004.
- Location: Operation 003-A
Luka's Wonderful File can be found in the cargo area after rescuing Professor Shirogane, inside a Unite Hand Box located at the end of the upper catwalk. The easiest way to reach it is to use Unite Chain to scale the wall at the other end of the walkway.
- Location: Operation 002-A
In the final area of the level, Commander Nelson's Wonderful File can be found by inserting the Wonder-Liner into an opening on the building at the other side of the gap that must be crossed to reach the end of the level. This can only be done before crossing the gap yourself.

Alice's Wonderful File can be found by using the Wonder-Liner to trace the shape in the grass on the first platform of the final area of the level (after the Cough-Foon Mission.)

Wonder-Green's Wonderful File is an Underground Item located in the final area of the level, on top of the side building near the crane.
- Underground Items aren't obtainable until Unite Hammer is unlocked in 003-A

Wonder-Pink's Wonderful File can be found inside the Wonderful Toilet located after the cargo area, before the poison gas hallway.

Wonder-Yellow's Wonderful File can be found inside a Unite Hammer Box in the Mission 005 area, after the casino.
- Location: Operation 004-B
Professor Shirogane's Wonderful File is an Underground Item located under the water surrounding the Mission 004 area (the first deep sea sector Mission,) on the bottom side of the room.
No.011 - No.020[]
- Location: Operation 004-A
After Mission 011 (the climbing Mission after battling Vijounne,) Wonder-White's Wonderful File can be found by using the Wonder-Liner to circle the center of the helipad in the Mission 012 area.
- Location: Operation 005-A
Immorta's Wonderful File is an Underground Item located in the Mission 008 Meizerr chase sequence, underneath the pot of water that must be destroyed from afar to cool the lava blocking your path.
- Location: Operation 005-A
Wonder-Black's Wonderful File can be found in the air at the end of the Mission 009 Unite Glider sequence.
- Location: Operation 006-B
The original Wonder-Red's Wonderful File can be found inside a Wonderful Toilet located on the path in the first part of Mission 008 (Immorta's long exposition sequence.)
Note that 100 Members are required to plunder this Wonderful Toilet.
- Location: Operation 007-A
Young Will's Wonderful File can be found by inserting the Wonder-Liner into a hole on the surface of the Mission 003 platform, hidden behind the climbing wall. Unlike other nearby secrets, this item can be obtained with only 10 members.
- Location: Operation 006-B
At the pressure plate puzzle in the starting area of the main part of the level (after Mission 003,) move the statues onto the pressure plates to unlock a path to a small side area to the left. In this side area, Arthur's Wonderful File can be found by using Unite Build to repair the damaged shrine.
- Location: Operation 001-B
The CENTINELS Wonderful File can be found by inserting the Wonder-Liner into an open window at the top of the brown building near the end of the long road Mission 007 takes place on, next to the "Pretzelicious!" sign. The window is almost out of sight when standing on the road, and may be obscured by the Vitality and Unite Gauges as you pass by, making it very easy to miss.

The CENTINEL-Suits Wonderful File is an Underground Item located on top of a giant blue mushroom found to the left of the pool of water in the outdoor jungle section of the level.
- Location: Operation 004-A
At the first set of warp pipes in the level, enter the right pipe to reach a side area where the Virgin Victory's Wonderful File can be found by using the Wonder-Liner to circle the circular pattern on the floor.
- Location: Operation 006-B
The Wonderful Mart Wonderful File can be found in the second part of Mission 008 (Immorta's long exposition sequence) by using the Wonder-Liner to circle the patterns on ground at the corner of the path where the Gehdown spawns.
No.021 - No.025[]
- Location: Operation 009-B
The Shirogane Comet's (gigantic) Wonderful File can be found inside a (gigantic) Unite Gun Box located in the second section of the Mission 002 area. The box doesn't appear until after you progress to the next section and come back.
- Location: Operation 009-B
Platinum Robo's Wonderful File is one of the 18 Underground Items located on GEATH-Wahksay's shield generator.
- Location: Operation 008-A
After the climbing section, the GEATHJERK Wonderful File can be found by using the Wonder-Liner to circle the center of the Mission 002 area.
- Location: Operation 007-A
The Kahkoo-regah Wonderful File can be found by inserting the Wonder-Liner into a hole located down the right side of the Mission 010 platform (the final Mission of the level.)
This Wonder-Hole requires 100 members, which you are guaranteed to have thanks to the Guyzoch.

The Dakkar's Wonderful File can be found by using the Wonder-Liner to circle the center of the Blossom City Elementary School courtyard (the Mission 004 area.)

The remaining 5 Wonderful Files are special in that they are not required to unlock the Database Ace Bottle-Cap, and also because they are all unlocked in the same way.

Wonder-Bayonetta's Wonderful File is automatically obtained when Wonder-Bayonetta herself is unlocked as a Secret Character.
