- Wonder-Zombie is a reference to the Resident Evil series, and his real name, Christopher Garfield, is based on Chris Redfield, one of the series' main characters.
- Wonder-Zombie is one of the three undead Wonderful Ones. The others are Wonder-Samurai and Wonder-Ghost.
- Wonder-Zombie has a unique idle animation where he sways about unsteadily, and if he's not holding his Unite Morph or an Enemy Weapon, he has a unique walking animation where he lurches forward with each step like a shambling zombie.
