- During development, Wonder-Schoolgirl's name was originally "Wonder-Joshikousei", joshikousei being the Japanese term for high school girl.
- Artwork of finalized fist weapon designs viewable in the in-game Gallery seems to suggest that Wonder-Socho, Wonder-Judo, and Wonder-Schoolgirl were originally intended to have fingerless gloves as part of their designs.
- As one of the 18 Minor Wonderful Ones automatically obtained at the start of the game, Wonder-Schoolgirl's ID card is never seen. Despite this, the ID photo that would appear on her card still exists in the game files as unused content.
