- Wonder-Rex is from Montana, the location of Hell Creek, one of the most intensively studied sources of dinosaur fossils in the United States, and the home of the Museum of the Rockies, a museum famous for its paleontological collections. The museum features the largest collection of North American dinosaur fossils in the United States, including several notable Tyrannosaurus Rex specimens such as the largest skull ever found and a cast replica of one of the most complete skeletons known to exist.
- As one of the 18 Minor Wonderful Ones automatically obtained at the start of the game, Wonder-Rex's ID card is never seen. Despite this, the ID photo that would appear on her card still exists in the game files as unused content.
- During development, Wonder-Rex's otherwise final CENTINEL-Suit design was originally green.
