"You're worthless!"
― Wonder-Jeanne's Taunt
Wonder-Jeanne is a character from the Bayonetta series who is unlockable as a Secret Wonderful One with the ability to form a unique Unite Sword. She also possesses other special abilities.
Wonderful File[]
Along with Bayonetta, she is one of the last survivors of the Umbra Witches. Preferring more traditional, tested tactic, her fighting style is the opposite of the impulsive Bayonetta: a more careful, reasoned approach to battle.
In the annals of Umbran history, she is the quintessential witch — a combination of impeccable fighting skills, intelligence, and manners. Adept with any weapon, but especially proficient with a katana, she has one again entrusted her life to her beloved Angel Slayer. Seemingly reluctant about joining the CENTINELS against the GEATHJERK, as if she was dragged along by Bayonetta, Jeanne is secretly quite excited about the battle ahead.
In her day-to-day life, Jeanne works as a mild-mannered high-school teacher; however, this is just a cover for her identity as the masked crusader Cutie-J, a superhero dedicated to ridding the school of wrongdoing.
Weapon: Angel Slayer
Draw a Unite Sword sign to Unite Morph.
It is lightning-elemental by default.
Special Ability:
-Dodge enemy attacks with the right timing to enable Witch Time, slowing down enemies in the vicinity.
-Use Unite Spring to summon Gomorrah for a special dodge manuever.
Description[]
Wonder-Jeanne's appearance is based on her design from the first Bayonetta game.
Wonder-Jeanne is a mature-looking but slender woman. Her short silver hair styled in a pixie cut, a black feather is tucked into the right side of her hair, and she keeps a red-framed pair of glasses on her head. She uses dark red lipstick and her eye color is gray. Her CENTINEL-Suit consists of a buttoned red high-fashion bodysuit with a white layer underneath that is visible on the front of her right leg and the back of her left leg, a large black ruffled collar around her neck, black high heel shoes, black gloves, and a dark red jacket brandishing the Wonderful Ones logo across its back. She of course also dons a Wonder-Mask.
Like all Wonderful Ones, when Wonder-Jeanne activates her suit's Unlimited Form a cape is released from the back of the suit and protective plates extend from her mask, covering her mouth. When unmasked, her suit vanishes, and she is reduced to black undergarments and her glasses.
Wonder-Jeanne's weapon is Angel Slayer: a demonic katana with a golden handle and a silver blade that glows blue from within.
Gameplay[]
Wonder-Jeanne is a Unite Sword user with a special ability: Wonder-Jeanne's Unite Sword is electrically charged at all times, in the same way normal Unite Swords are any time your Combo multiplier reaches x2.50. Wonder-Jeanne's Unite Sword also has a unique appearance that more closely matches that of her personal weapon, Angel Slayer, and is white instead of blue.
Wonder-Jeanne also has two Special Abilities:
- Wonder-Jeanne possesses the innate ability to activate Hero Time, even without the Custom Block equipped.
- Additionally, Wonder-Jeanne's Unite Spring takes the form of the demon Gomorrah, causing it to deal damage in the same manner as Drill Spring. Her Unite Spring always takes this form, even if Unite Drill Spring is disabled in the Unite Morphs menu, which might be inconvenient.

Trivia[]
- Though Wonder-Jeanne's real name is listed as unknown in her profile, it is simply Jeanne.
- Because Jeanne's appearance in The Wonderful 101 predates the film adaptation Bayonetta: Bloody Fate and the Japanese dub of the first Bayonetta game, she does not have a Japanese voice actress in the game, and Wonder-Jeanne uses English voice lines regardless of the game's language setting. Jeanne's Japanese voice actress in later games is Mie Sonozaki.
- Compared to any other female character in the game, Wonder-Jeanne is noticeably flat-chested.
- Wonder-Jeanne's special ability to summon Gomorrah for a special dodge maneuver is misspelled as a "manuever" in her Wonderful File. This error is also present in Wonder-Bayonetta's file.
- When getting a game over as Wonder-Jeanne and selecting yes to continue, she shouts "For the Umbra!" instead of "Roger!"
