Operation 007-A is the first part of Operation 007 The Alien Vorkken Ohgee's Internal Organs and the twentieth level of The Wonderful 101's story mode.
Picking up where 006-C left off, each of the five Super Reactors are experiencing interference from Luka's pendant, as the Virgin Victory pursues Gimme's ship, which is headed directly for Blossom City.
Meanwhile, the Wonderful Ones have moved the dying Prince Vorkken to the Virgin Victory's medbay. Switching over to the medical definition of "operation" for this level, Wonder-Red is intent on saving Vorkken's life, and the only way this can be done will be by micronizing a small contingent of Wonderful Ones to send inside the alien's body to destroy the nano-bioweapon by force.
In their hunt for the Vaaiki, which proves to be even more difficult than anticipated, the small team of Wonderful Ones are joined by a surprising new ally.

- Operation 007-A is one of the only two non-Boss levels in the story where no Minor Wonderful Ones can be found. The other is Operation 009-A.
- Until they are eventually replaced by unlocked Secret Wonderful Ones, the three Minor Wonderful Ones that join the main seven on this mission to make a team of ten will always be Wonder-Bath, Wonder-Tennis, and Wonder-Toilet.
- Because Operation 007-A ignores your set team size when entering the level, if you happen to have 14 or all 15 Secret Wonderful Ones unlocked and try to enter with a team of 20, you will still enter the level with 21 or 22 team members. In this situation, the design of the level will ironically force you to enter with more team members than you actually want.
