Operation 006-C is the final part of Operation 006 Gocken Island Lost City of Kowrule, the nineteenth level of The Wonderful 101's story mode, and the sixth boss level.
Picking up where 006-B left of, the Wonderful Ones reach the Goddess Statue where Prince Vorkken lies in wait, and the rival teams begin their final confrontation.
After a grueling battle ending in a close victory for the Wonderful Ones, Wonder-Red and Immorta's verbal beatdown of the humbled pirate is interrupted by the arrival of the final GEATHJERK Officer... and the revelation that Luka held ulterior motives for following the team all this time.

- Operation 006-C is one of only two levels where it's completely impossible to obtain citizen or enemy recruits in any form. The other is Operation 009-A.
- Operation 006-C has possibly the most ridiculously forgiving score requirement out of any Mission/Operation in the Game, with the requirement for earning a Gold Damage Medal being taking under 10,000 damage: more than enough damage to outright die even with a maximum Vitality Gauge.
- In the cutscenes after Prince Vorkken's defeat, when everyone's suits become damaged, many characters are actually using incorrect models: Only Vorkken uses his damaged low-detail model, despite the fact that all characters present use their damaged high quality models... except for Immorta, whose damaged high-quality model is seen before the Unite Whip QTE, only for her to suddenly switch back to her normal model in the following cutscenes for the remainder of the level.
