Operation 006-A is the first part of Operation 006 Gocken Island Lost City of Kowrule and the seventeenth level of The Wonderful 101's story mode.
Only one Super Reactor remains to be defended and the Wonderful Ones are fast on route to its location, the Antarctic Gocken Island. On the way, the team is distracted from their briefing by a serious debate about what to do with Luka, ending in Wonder-Red proposing they officially take him with them: a decision Commander Nelson approves, despite Wonder-Blue's growing frustrations.
Upon reaching Gocken Island, the team encounters Vijounne once again, causing Blue to seriously endanger himself in his desperation for revenge.
