Operation 004-B is the second part of Operation 004 Neo Mu Ocean Metropolis and the twelfth level of The Wonderful 101's story mode.
Picking up where 004-A left off, the Wonderful Ones are tested again by Prince Vorkken (to the delight of Wonder-Pink,) and Luka is revealed to have hidden himself among the team once again when he endangers himself by "going solo" in imitation of Wonder-Blue, who once again abandons the team to chase down Vijounne.
After being forced leave the rest of the team behind, the lone Wonder-Red is stopped by the "friendly" alien from earlier, and after finding Wonder-Blue, Red is forced beat a heart-to-heart out of him to learn what's going on between him and Vijounne.

Trivia[]
- Operation 004-B has some notable similarities to "Episode 3: 2,000,000 Leagues Under The Sea" in the first Viewtiful Joe game. The ocean metropolis itself, Neo Mu, is a reference to the underwater city Mu in Viewtiful Joe, and Operation 004-B in particular includes several submarines as level scenery that are identical in appearance to submarines found in Viewtiful Joe, and the levels in both games each feature a long falling sequence down a tube to reach deeper areas of the level.
