Operation 004-A is the first part of Operation 004 Neo Mu Ocean Metropolis and the eleventh level of The Wonderful 101's story mode.
Sensing a pattern in their attacks, Commander Nelson believes that the GEATHJERK have located and are targeting all of Earth's Super Reactors one by one, and so the Wonderful Ones are being transported to the next nearest Super Reactor, located in Neo Mu, to defend it. On the way, Professor Shirogane briefs the team on humanity's ultimate weapon: The Shirogane Comet.
Upon reaching Neo Mu, the Wonderful Ones meet up with the needlessly verbose master of the next Unite Morph, and have a run in with the next GEATHJERK officer, whose mere presence sends Wonder-Blue flying into an uncontrollable rage...

- If you try to skip recruiting Wonder-White by using Wonderful Codes to unlock Wonder-Daddy early (another Unite Claw user,) Unite Claw will be disabled and Wonder-Daddy will be hidden from your leader select screen in the entire area after the Unite Whip swing. This makes it impossible to open the doors blocking access to the rest of the level until White joins the team, preventing you from progressing further into the level without him.
- If you manage to land on top of the Wonderful Mart at the end of this level while holding an Enemy Weapon, its opening doors can push you off the path and into the abyss below, causing you to respawn. Unlike in other levels, there's also no invisible wall preventing you from overshooting the Wonderful Mart, making it possible to see the unfinished end of the path beyond it if you manage to go far enough.
