Operation 002-A is the first part of Operation 002 Blossom City Center and the fifth level of The Wonderful 101's story mode.
A mission briefing reveals that a key component of the CENTINELS data network in Blossom City, Blossom Tower, has been captured by the GEATHJERK, and so the Wonderful Ones must go take it back without support from the Virgin Victory.
On the way, the Wonderful Ones are challenged by an alien invader with alarming capabilities, and meet up with the temperamental master of the next type of Unite Morph.

- If you try to skip recruiting Wonder-Pink by using Wonderful Codes to unlock Wonder-Scarf early (another Unite Whip user,) the hook you must swing across to reach the end of the level will not allow you to swing on it without Pink on your team, preventing you from finishing the level without her.
