GEATHJERK File[]
The next-gen GEATHJERK flying fortress, developed as the first step in a program aimed at creating a series of amphibious assault ships with core bipedal assault weapons, a.k.a. "Project Cocoon." The Giga-Goonkhan is currently the only ship belonging to the project, under Gimme's personal command and ownership.
Using a newly developed energy furnace known as the Jerk-matter frame, output form individual laser cannons has been increased 30-40 times compared to traditional super assault carriers, and the maximum possible distance for continued travel has been made almost infinite. The most powerful weapons on the ship can be found in the lower forward section: its annihilation warhead torpedoes. One torpedo is powerful enough to eliminate an object the size of the moon, although the untested weapon has yet to see its devastation wrought outside of a simulator.
[The following paragraphs are added after Giga-Goojin is revealed in Operation 008-C]
While designed to instantly devise strategic offensive maneuvers to overpower any opposition upon arrival at an enemy base of operations, if these tactics were to hypothetically fail, within seconds the fortress core components from Giga-Goonkhan would be released, changing it into the bipedal assault weapon, Giga-Goojin. This drastic measure has never been attempted in actual battle.
Theoretically, analysts have surmised that Giga-Goonkhan's design could actually be a trojan for carrying Giga-Goojin into an enemy base while keeping him protected under the ship's protective armor. Yet, the sheer destructive power of Giga-Goonkhan's cannons are enough themselves to settle most combat, leaving these analysts' hypothesis unproven.

Trivia[]
- The Giga-Goonkhan's appearance is based on the Imperial-class Star Destroyer from Star Wars.
- The "Goonkhan" part Giga-Goonkhan's name is derived from "軍艦 (gunkan)", the Japanese word for warship. [1]
- The "Giga-" portion is a portmanteau of Gimme and Gah-Goojin, resulting in a pun on the metric unit prefix giga-, meaning one billion units, and hinting at the space ship's true form.
- In nearly all of its cutscene appearances, a front section of the Giga-Goonkhan appears to be damaged: this damage effect on the ship's model is presumably only meant to appear after the ship is rammed by the Virgin Victory during Operation 008-C, but it was erroneously left visible in most cutscenes. This error occurs on every version of the game, and is even visible in a picture of the ship in its GEATHJERK File.
- In Gimme's GEATHJERK File, Giga-Goonkhan is erroneously capitalized as "Giga-goonkhan."
