- For items found throughout the game in general, see the Items page.

Underground Items[]

Underground Items are hidden items that can only be obtained by stomping the ground using Unite Hammer. Platinum Coins[]

Though they aren't actually required for 100% completion, there's no better place to mention Platinum Coins. Platinum Coins are special collectible items that can be found to obtain rare items. 5 Platinum Coins are hidden in every non-boss level of the game, and upon finding the last one you'll receive a rare item as a reward. Collected Platinum Coins reset after a level is exited, and they can be collected again every time a level is replayed to receive another item. The item you're rewarded with varies from level to level, but is always the same for each level.
